A great little wedding in the hills of Ramona
I love a couple with a sense of humor and I love weddings with lots of mirth and laughter. That makes for an amazing day. Now, granted Mike and Stef are friends of mine and I knew half of the guests but I really did have a fantastic day of shooting.
I know we are very lucky in San Diego in terms of locations… but truly, it’s loco. We can go from snowy mountains to the sea within an hour in the winter and from wine country to the best breweries in less than that. This time the wedding was at a large private ranch/residence with a small winery right next to it. As always, Ramona and its wineries do not disappoint. The problem with Ramona is… nothing, it’s absolutely fantastic and I adore shooting there. I want to shoot more weddings there please. It’s gorgeous and the light up there is phenomenal in my opinion.
anyways, back to Mike and Stef. it was a small wedding with about 50 guests but it was perfect. The officiant was tremendous and the father of the bride killed it with his speech… and Mike and Stef were great on camera. One of the couples that just knows how to pose. What can i tell you? I love my clients.
Enjoy the photos.
P.S.: these are just my favorites… and you guys know I love B&W photography so it may have skewed my selection. But fear not potential client, I give about 70% of my photos in color.
